On the Beach with Lille

We spent the morning at the beach a while ago, two weary mothers expecting to sit in the sand and watch our little ones play...












they ran this way and that, rarely together and always as far away as possible...












off towards the horizon they ran with tired mothers keeping pace...
















occasionally their paths would cross but that only led them...
















directly into the water.
A change of clothes was needed by both of them after the morning was done. The only bonus was they fell heavily asleep before we'd even left the parking lot.
